The Bio-Economy and Agro-Technology Institute of the National Center for Research and Technological Development – NCR&TD, a partner of #DigiAgriFood, the first European Digital Innovation Hub in the agri-food sector in Greece, is organizing, with the support of the Region of East Macedonia & Thrace, the Democritus University of Thrace, the company ena Development Consultants, and the company farmB, a conference titled “Digital Transformation in Agriculture”.
The conference will take place on Thursday, March 21, at 18:30 in the city of Komotini, specifically, in the hall of the Regional Council of Komotini.
The conference will present the latest technologies and their contribution to enhancing the production and market of agri-food products. At the same time, useful data/tools will be presented to understand how the digital transformation of agricultural supply chains benefits competitiveness, efficiency, quality, transparency, traceability, and sustainability in the agri-food sector.
The conference represents an interdisciplinary and comprehensive approach, which will deepen knowledge on the following aspects:
