On Thursday, April 10, 2025, the University of Thessaly, partner of #DigiAgriFood, the first European Digital Innovation Hub in the Hellenic Agri-food sector, held two important informational meetings in Northern Greece, introducing the services and mission of the Hub to members of agricultural cooperatives in the region of Imathia.
The first meeting took place with the Agricultural Cooperative of Diavatos, focusing on targeted digital solutions that enhance agricultural competitiveness and modernization. The discussion was highly engaging, with members expressing strong interest in collaboration.
A follow-up meeting was held with the Agricultural Cooperative of Agia Kyriaki of Niselio, where the benefits and obligations of signing a cooperation agreement with DigiAgriFood were presented in detail. Participants showed strong willingness to proceed.

#DigiAgriFood has been approved by the European Commission as part of the European Digital Innovation Hubs Network and is co-funded by the European Union, under the Digital Europe Programme and the “Competitiveness Programme” of the Partnership Agreement 2021-2027 (ESPA).
