The 88th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) will open its doors this year from September 7 to 15, 2024.
This year’s TIF, with Germany as the honored country, will focus on new technological developments, innovation, and sustainable growth.
The Democritus University of Thrace, the leading partner of #DigiAgriFood, the first European Digital Innovation Hub in the Hellenic Agri-Food Sector, will be present at the 88th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF), one of the most significant events of the year, attracting thousands of visitors and stakeholders from Greece and abroad.
Members of the #DigiAgriFood project team will be located at Pavilion 17, in two exhibition spaces (stand 20 and stand 35A) of the Democritus University of Thrace, informing stakeholders, businesses, and farmers about the hub’s initiatives and its upcoming services. These services aim to facilitate the digital and green transformation of the entire agri-food value chain, offering direct benefits to citizens, SMEs, and the public sector.
The Democritus University of Thrace will also participate in the thematic section on education, ‘AKADEMIA,’ aiming to present its research activities to the general public.
