At the Beyond Expo in Thessaloniki, from Wednesday, May 24, to Friday, May 26, 2023, #DigiAgriFood, the first European Digital Innovation Hub in the agri-food sector in Greece, was pleased to participate.
Held at TIF – HELEXPO, the innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology exhibition Beyond took place for the third consecutive year, attracting a multitude of exhibitors and visitors from Greece and abroad.
The hub #DigiAgriFood had the opportunity to present its developing services on Friday, May 26, 2023, at Mezzanine 1, Pavilion 15. These services aim to facilitate the digital and green transformation of the entire agri-food value chain spectrum, bringing immediate benefits to citizens, SMEs, and the public sector.

Additionally, during the exhibition days and hours, visitors had the chance to get informed at Stand D05, Pavilion 13 about #DigiAgriFood and its specialization in technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Digital Skills, High-Performance Computing, Digital Transformation, and Interoperability, as well as the hub’s direct contribution to the missions and goals of the Digital Europe Programme 2021-2027.
The consortium of #DigiAgriFood, led by the Democritus University of Thrace, includes the University of Thessaly, the Bio-Economy and Agri-Technology Institute (iBO) of the National Centre for Research and Technology Development (CERTH), Perrotis College of the American Farm School, the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, and ena Development Consultants.
This year’s organization, titled “Tech 4 People,” aimed to focus on the relationship between technology and humans. Conference discussions, speeches, presentations, and seminars were developed within four pillars: Intelligent Solutions, Sustainable Technology, Disruptive Innovation, Inclusive Future.
