The One Stop Shops operate as local support centres that bridge the gap between technology, the market, and research, providing information, training, and personalised guidance to support the digital and green transition of the agri-food sector.
The DigiAgriFood One Stop Shop in Volos, operated by the University of Thessaly, serves as a reference point for the digital transformation of agri-food in the region of Thessaly and beyond.
Within the One Stop Shop, farmers, enterprises, and agri-food stakeholders have access to guidance, training, and hands-on support, with the aim of adopting digital technologies, testing innovative tools before investing, and strengthening green and sustainable innovation.
