The One Stop Shops function as local support centers that bridge the gap between technology, the market, and research, providing information, training, and personalized guidance for the digital and green transition of the agri-food sector.
The One Stop Shop of iBO: Support, expertise, and innovation in three regions of Greece
The Institute of Bio-Economy and Agro-Technology (iBO/CERTH), as a partner of the #DigiAgriFood EDIH, operates one of the most dynamic One Stop Shop networks in Greece, with three information and service points located in Thessaly, Western Macedonia, and Epirus.
Their aim is to provide direct, reliable, and applicable know-how to producers, SMEs, and stakeholders in the agri-food value chain.
The iBO One Stop Shops serve as hubs for interaction between research, innovation, and everyday agricultural practice, significantly contributing to the transition towards smarter, sustainable, and more competitive agricultural production.
iBO One Stop Shop in Volos: A strategic innovation hub at the heart of agricultural production
The iBO One Stop Shop in Thessaly is hosted within the Institute in Volos – a location selected based on strong strategic and operational criteria:
