A new practical workshop is coming from the lead partner of the first European Digital Innovation Hub in the Agri-food sector in Greece, #DigiAgriFood.

The seminar organized by the lead partner relates to Food Analysis and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).

The first day starts with the necessary preparation and theory, while the second and third day will offer practical applications on food.

The workshop organizers suggest you bring your own food for analysis.
