As part of the activities of #DigiAgriFood, the first European Digital Innovation Hub in the Hellenic Agri-food sector, an event was held on Friday, November 29, at 10:30 in Kastoria. The event was organized by the Institute of Bio-Economy and Agro-Technology (iBO / CERTH) with the support of the Municipality of Kastoria, the Department of Informatics at the University of Western Macedonia, and farmB.
The event highlighted the latest technological advancements and their role in enhancing the production and marketing of agri-food products.
Additionally, valuable insights and tools were shared to help participants understand how the digital transformation of agricultural supply chains can benefit the agri-food sector by improving competitiveness, efficiency, quality, transparency, traceability, and sustainability.
