It has been recently documented that hemp extracts and isolated essential oils exhibit significant antimicrobial activity against skin infections-associated microbes, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Candida spp., etc. Thus, the proposed service aims at developing novel patches enriched with hemp extracts and/or essential oils at an effective but not toxic for humans’ concentration for the treatment of skin infections.
