Therefore, determining the aromatic profile is considered essential for the quality and character of the wine and can significantly influence consumer acceptance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The combination of solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography\/mass spectrometry (HS-SPME GC\/MS) is a fast, user-friendly, and highly sensitive method for directly detecting the aromatic components of wine (even at low concentrations), facilitating the certification of its characteristics and the collection of data for both commercial and research purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Training Team:\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dr. I.
