{"id":10730,"date":"2025-10-31T11:32:05","date_gmt":"2025-10-31T09:32:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digiagrifood.gr\/?p=10730"},"modified":"2025-11-03T14:30:20","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T12:30:20","slug":"one-stop-shop-of-democritus-university-of-thrace","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digiagrifood.gr\/en\/one-stop-shop-of-democritus-university-of-thrace\/","title":{"rendered":"One Stop Shop of Democritus University of Thrace"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"56\" data-end=\"580\"><em>As part of the development strategy of the <strong>#DigiAgriFood<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/digiagrifood.gr\/en\/category\/one-stop-shop-en\/\">One Stop Shops<\/a>, physical access points have been established throughout Greece, aiming to facilitate access for farmers, businesses, and organizations to digital services and innovative solutions.<\/em><br data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"348\" \/><em>The One Stop Shops operate as local support hubs that bridge the gap between technology, market, and research, offering information, training, and personalized guidance for the digital and green transition of the agri-food sector.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"902\"><strong data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"645\">The One Stop Shop of DUTH: The Central Hub of #DigiAgriFood<\/strong><br data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"648\" \/>The One Stop Shop of the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH), which serves as the central reference point of the #DigiAgriFood EDIH, functions as a unified support center for the agri-food community of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.<br data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"885\" \/>Its role is to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"1325\">\n<li data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"986\">\n<p data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"986\">Guide farmers, SMEs, and public entities in their digital and green transition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1139\">\n<p data-start=\"989\" data-end=\"1139\">Provide information and access to DigiAgriFood services (test before invest, training, access to finance, connection with the innovation ecosystem).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1234\">\n<p data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1234\">Act as a mediator (&#8220;white broker&#8221;) between technology providers, end users, and investors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1325\">\n<p data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1325\">Host training activities, demonstrations, and experimentation using DUTH\u2019s facilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1545\"><strong data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1358\">Direct Services and Support<\/strong><br data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1361\" \/>At the One Stop Shop in Xanthi, as well as at other points of the network, services are offered that enhance the digital maturity and sustainable development of the agri-food sector:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"2127\">\n<li data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1636\">\n<p data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1636\">Personalized consulting for businesses and farmers regarding the use of digital tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1728\">\n<p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1728\">Training and workshops for the development of digital skills (upskilling &amp; reskilling).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1832\">\n<p data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1832\">Educational activities on new agrotechnological tools such as drones, sensors, and robotic systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1926\">\n<p data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1926\">Digital Maturity Assessment and support for the creation of digital transformation plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"2037\">\n<p data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"2037\">Information on available funding opportunities (public &amp; private) and support for application preparation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2127\">\n<p data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2127\">Networking (matchmaking) with technology providers, research centers, and businesses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xk3F4WqbaNs?si=b-O02vNTUsu3cgFg\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2129\" data-end=\"2344\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2129\" data-end=\"2233\">For more information about the One Stop Shop of the Democritus University of Thrace, please contact:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2236\" \/>\ud83d\udccd Address: 12 Vas.
