The event was organized by <\/span><b>ena Development Consultants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a partner of <\/span><b>#DigiAgriFood<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <b>the first European Digital Innovation Hub in the Hellenic Agri-food sector.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event brought together ideas, technologies, and people \u2014 students, young professionals, farmers, entrepreneurs, and academics \u2014 with a shared goal of enhancing entrepreneurship, innovation, and the implementation of modern digital solutions in the agri-food sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Themes, Panels, and Talks<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program included a series of panels and presentations by distinguished representatives from research and business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first panel, titled <\/span><b>\u201cA Vision for the Future of Agriculture,\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> featured <\/span><b>Spyridon Mamalis (DUTH)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Georgios Arsenos (AUTH)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>Georgios Papakostas (DUTH)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, moderated by <\/span><b>Dimitris Bardakidis (ena)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second panel focused on <\/span><b>sustainable agricultural startups<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with speakers <\/span><b>Stella Tofea (Kyklos Farm)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Geusi Touloumidi (Meligeysis)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>Tolgka Douralis (Douralis Dairy)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
